Exchange Policy:
Sila follows ‘No Return, No Exchange Policy’. However, we entertain customers
who wish to get the size exchanged of a particular (Ready to Wear) article of the same design. If
the order you receive is damaged or is different from article you ordered, you can return or
exchange it within 10 days. You can contact our customer service center by sending us images of
defected product at (within 7 days of purchase). After our
team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with the same price value product.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The shipment will be considered ‘Lost’ if you do
not receive the order within 20 days of dispatch, or if our courier service has no record of the
customer receiving it.
Please note that due to the differences in color appearance on screens and lighting used during
photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the item may slightly vary from what is displayed on
the screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
